Friday, February 22, 2002: In search of content...

Aight well it's come down to this. You see I have issues with cut and pasting the same content to this site that others have on theirs. Here in lies the problem. With so many sites having up to the minute GR info, and links to every mod and other download imaginable there is a definite lack of original GR content for amateur website guys like myself to create to make sites even the slightest bit interesting. With the squad being this new and just starting to get into its groove, it is inevitable that a lull will develop while we decide which course of action to pursue next. Obviously content will increase when we start to explore the ladder and competition scene, but until that gets organized, there's not alot of news to report that hasn't already been driven into the ground by more established sites. If anyone has any ideas for new and original content please don't hesitate to let me know. In the meantime start flamewars on the forum or something.

Friday, February 01, 2002 Picking up squads...

Now that we've gotten going, and are adding some members, we will begin to start putting together some fireteams and pairing them up into squads. In an effort to make the platoon as an efficient a killing machine as it can possibly be, we will be start trying to match guys with complimentary skills together so that you can learn to play as a team and play on each others strengths while compensating for their weaknesses.

Friday, January 25, 2002 Zenjant at the reins...

Many of you visiting here know the name Zenjant already, but if you don't you will. Zen is the leader of our squad and makes all of the command decisions involving the course we chart. He is the host of the best game on ubi.com "Zen's Team Joint." We play 5 minute games with no respawn and no TI, real he-man realistic stuff. Definitely come check us out, as we usually get pretty intense.

Hello all and welcome to the homepage of the newest squad to take to the fields of Ghost Recon! There are only a few of us now but we do the work of many. We will be looking into joining a ladder soon and welcome the opportunity to scrimmage any squads that need a sparring partner.
